With North Node in the 8th house, you must die to be reborn. You’re cursed with the blessing of breakdowns, to walk into flames thinking you break up, only to find you break through.

You may have to self-transform through extreme, sexual, or deadly experiences. You might have grieved over the loss of people, identities, money, and beliefs. In some situations, you might push yourself so hard that you destroy everything you’ve gained.

This is because the 8th house governs death, rebirth, and all forms of ending. You grow every time something dies. Each time you face a significant setback, you can develop the very character your soul came here to cultivate.

With South Node in the 2nd house, you might be seriously independent in early life. You’ve become skilled at handling your own finances and resources. You know how to create wealth and comfort through what you personally own. Your lower self often clings to materialism.
